SERIAL PRODUCTION

In addition to dies, prototypes and small or limited series, our company supplies mainly automotive and electrical appliance sectors with serial productions of pressed components assembled through spot welding or arc welding. We often apply a treatment to the surface of the items, typically galvanising or varnishing.
The quality of our products is constantly monitored through inspections and testing procedures. Our Quality Checks Unit can rely on the latest generation of equipment and measuring software and on staff with proven experience.

MATERIALS  We purchase the materials used for production from certified suppliers, who are constantly monitored through qualification and supervising procedures.

The purchased materials come with a compulsory quality certification and samples conducted through external labs also test the reliability of the compliance certificates.

METAL STAMPING – The metal stamping department can produce small to medium-sized components. We have belt filter presses for progressive dies up to 350 tons with belts up to 800 mm and 3 mm thick.

We also have various presses for single tool stamping: they are mechanical and hydraulic presses with a maximum power of 630 tons

ARC WELDING – Our welding department has two robotic arc welding workcells available. We are able to produce small and medium-sized (up to 1500 mm wide) assemblies.

We also have a number of workcells for manual continuous wire welding and tig welding for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium assemblies.

SPOT WELDING – Our welding departement has two robotic spot welding workcells available. We are able to produce small and medium-sized assemblies.

We also have a number of workcells for manual spot welding: these are intended for overlapping spot welding and for projection spot welding of sheet metal components or of threaded inserts.
